At Navimow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lawn care experience. If your robotic mower isn't the perfect fit for your yard, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Product
Thoroughly clean the mower and dock, then secure all components, including the GNSS antenna and power cables, in the original Navimow protective packaging.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and reset the internal software, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
